Has anyone had experience fighting with/playing as Pixies?

If so, what are your opinions for the amnesia arrows? If you had players who succumbed to the amnesia effect, how did they handle it and how was it resolved? What about the results of pixie PCs?

If it was a problem, was there a house ruling made?

In a game I ran years ago a friend of mine was playing a pixie with the amnesia arrows. They caused no problem as monsters, PC's and NPC's almost always saved against them.

The Character died when he ran from a battle and the parties Rangers was like "I dont think so." And shot him and crited and rolled max damage killing the cowardly pixie.

I played a Pixie in a World's Largest Dungeon game. I never used the amnesia arrows, because I was a Warmage and usually had something better to do than shoot arrows.
