Alright, the situation:
The PCs defeated an adult red dragon, who has now returned. Rather than trapping the group in combat right away, I'm taking a different approach. This dragon is bent on making a name for herself. Prior to her confrontation with the PCs, she was building up the reputation of a small group of dragon slayers. She was also scorching and destroying towns (while attempting to have as few casualties as possible...she wanted more people alive to relate the terrifying tales of her). So, I'm looking for ideas for her to use a group of adventurers (who currently own their own ship and are travelling to undiscovered lands) to help build her reputation. She may also use the adventurers and pit them against her own enemies. It may simply start with her travelling to cities where they may dock for a time and spread word of their fame (afterall, it will only increase her fame later when she decides to confront them again).
