Help Locating a Feat

(Hopefully this is in the right forum. The Speak like a pirate titles are a little confusing. Guess it's the Ninja in me, lol)

Okay...

I remember reading a feat once that was
+2 Skill Points per level each time you take it.

Or something like that. It was not a Bonus to a specific skill, but more skill points

Anyone know what book this is in? And the name?

The best I can do you is the feat from the expanded psionics handbook, which gives you +5 skill points when you take it.

There's something like that from the Book of Exalted Deeds. Other than that, I don't have any thoughts.

No me hearty. Th' kiss o' th' nymph gives yer character only 1 skill point a level, but the scallywag also be gettin' a savin' throw bonus 'gaist spells and spell like abilities, and a bonus to charisma checks when dealin with them landlubber fey!! That be as best I kin recall, them jugs o mead be givin' me a powerful hurt.
