Just out of curiousity, how did the devils find out that you'd memorized the book? Seems like that's something you'd keep a secret, and it kinda would make a really odd commune/divination on the devils part to find out if you did...

Our battle plan, as it stands now, is like this:
1) Clerics Greater Planar Ally with their 8th level spells, bringing in two planetars each
2) Clerics Gate in a solar each - although if anyone has any good ideas for other creatures to gate in, I'd appreciate it - 34 HD is our limit.
3) Wizard leads off the fight with a Mord's Disjunction, hopefully taking down his buffs. Meanwhile, he's got Shapechange cast, and in a pinch will shift into a beholder and fix the antimagic ray on the psion.
4) Everyone else pulls out the big guns.

So, any advice?

One thing: Take the initiative. Don't wait for the super-psion to jump on you. Do your best to jump on him so you can get the Disjunction off and start laying into him with damage and nasty stuff.

Alternately...is it TRULY necessary for you to keep that information? Do a quick divination to see if it's necessary, or if you just brought this on yourself? Then sell the info to the guy (hey, you can probably get a cut if you don't make him work for it...).

Taking an Epic level Psion? That rogue that seems not to have a "niche" might be the best hope you have, especially if you can get her some severe poisons or a spell storing short sword.

She will likely have a high dex, but make sure to buff it as high as can be reached before Combat. If you are going the offensive, which is essential, you are going to want to catch him flatfooted. If you can get cleric stored harms or another very damaging spell in the spell storing swords, combined with Sneak Attack damage will weaken him considerable, especially seeing how even if he is a twinked epic psi, his hit points aren't going to be great.

If you go the posion route, try to pick one that attacks con or Charisma (it will be low, and if you drop it to zero it is catatonic.)

Another tactic is go reverse adventurer on him, especially if you can get your hands on some Golems. Find a defensible location. Block it against teleports and Gates. (forbidence, etc.) Then stay in the central chamber, which is warreded against scrying and mental attacks.

Out from that chamber, have your clerics, wizard, etc,and especially rogue, fill the way to you with as many traps (mystic, normal, and otherwise) as you can. It is hard to read a trap or a Golemns mind, making hard for him to spot things.
