Help with giant-sized weapons

Could somebody please tell me where I can find the info on weapons for huge, gargantuan, and collosal characters. It would make sense that a Giant would use a huge, or gargantuan sized weapon but there is no damage rating listed for these as far as I can tell. Also are there any giant daggers, or is it assumed that short swords are the daggers of large folk?

PHB: Greatsword 2d6

In the MM some giant sized weapons are listed.

Hill Giant: Huge greatword 2d8+15
Storm Giant: Gargantuan Greatsword 4d6+21

I am trying to discover what is the method for scaling weapon damage with weapon size.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See the rules for upsizing damage dice in the MM or DMG. In a nutshell:

1d2 -> 1d3
1d3 -> 1d4
1d4 -> 1d6
1d6 -> 1d8
1d8 or 1d10 -> 2d6
1d12 -> 2d8

There is a chart on one of the last Dragons... the one with the Half Machine Template on the Cover... its in the Sage Advice part... pretty good too. Much more complete... try to get it.
