Clone yourself. Once completed, let the clone die. Quickly Gentle Repose the corpse to prevent any dessication. Immediatly Animate Dead the expired you-clone as a Zombie. Then awaken the you-zombie via Awaken Undead, explain the situation to the newly intelligent zombie-you, painlessly kill it, then Ressurect said zombie back into life as a new, living member or your race.

Bam - a whole new you, complete with a clean slate that you are free to train as your apprentice, bodyguard, or whatever.
