Those of the Astral Seas: The Zevites
The Astral Plane is filled with many wonders, most of them beyond mortal reckoning, but there are those that make their homes there: the zevites. On a plane where they are often outsiders and strangers even in the world they were born to, they are a people on the move, for on the Astral Plane all things are ever in motion. Regardless of where a zevite is, however, they are people with a lust for life itself. But this comes with a dark reflection, because they also hate with a deep-seated passion. @timespike so should the Fanatic be able to cast spells while raging or do they have to cast first and then rage or do you Invision them mainly just burning spell slots to smite as it were. There are a lot of nice buffs on their list so personally while I would occasionally spend the spell slot to do extra damage I would really love to be able to cast some of the spells

More the latter than the former. The way I went with the Fanatic was that while they don't have the focus to cast spells while raging, they still have access to that power and can use it differently.

You can only use Supernatural Wrath while you're raging and you can only cast spells while you're not, but they draw on a common resource pool, so it's intended to set up a dichotomy between the two approaches and make both viable.
