So, there's the fairly significant event of Xanto pushing Bhryn down the aisle coming up soon and I have to ask, as I seem to be organising it *watches it turn into a circus* ... >_< um, if we wanted to use a room on a set date, do we ask for the rooms in Rotunda/Greyhawk or are we alright to do it in another of the available ones, such as 'Carpe DM'?

...and also, how does this affect 'By Invitation Only' events?

I need to know fairly soonish, the date for it is the 12th of February!

Poor lad, he knows not what he does.

Special rooms can be booked with the setting coordinators (Siani for CRT, Trelian for the Bazaar, Nashira for the Rotunda, Brigid for TMP). Making them "by invitation" would require negotiation with the specific setting coordinator.

Right - I need to corner Nashira or Siani then, as Bhryn is comfortable with both settings ^_^ - uh, got their contact info handy?
