Can cows crawl when they are prone?
Do they get a bonus to the Charge action?
What about Bull Rush?
Do they have encounter attack powers, with the methane power source?
I assume that it wouldn't have reach, even if it is a large creature.
How much of a penalty to stealth does it have if it's wearing a bell?

Since they're horns, and therefore technically instruments, can a cow use its natural weapons as a Bard implement?
