If your Charisma is decent, you can multi-class into Paladin for two levels (if LG, or one of the variant Paladins for CG, LE or CE). If you are evil, you can prestige-class into Blackguard for two levels.

Do you count the Bard as a caster? Four levels of Bard will net you some good stuff.

Is the Warblade a caster? Diamond Mind + Iron Heart will get you out of many sticky situations.

Warblade + Bard + Song of the White Raven is just plain awesome. :)

Warlock might be an option, if you're chaotic or evil. Good will saves, a ranged attack that never runs out of ammo, and pick invocations that don't sweat resists and you're good to go.

Monks are Lawful.

Half-Dragon and Tiefling Paragon both get good Will saves (but only 3/4 BAB for Tieflings).

Human and Gnome Paragons also get good Will saves. Both also advance spellcasting, so would be best for multi-class combos.

dervish is a good combat class with good will save, actually good will and reflex. 2 levels monk, 2 levels fighter, 2 levels barb, and you end up with a good fort save, then you enter dervish and increase the will and reflex. you end up with saves like a monk in the end

The price? 1 bab, and some skills, but you get alot of nice stuff for a good fighter.

Holy Liberator or Champion of Gymharwyf give immunity to charm and compulsion. That takes care of a lot of problems with having a low to average Will save. Liberator gives it pretty early on, 3rd level. With Champ you gotta make 7 levels of it for immunity.

If you can use Unearthed Arcana, Paladin of Freedom gives immunity to Compulsion instead of Fear. A much more powerful ability to be sure.

Also keep in mind, Rage gives a bonus to Will saves.
