How does Divine Shield (CW) work?

the Jester

Legend
This is the text of the Divine Shield feat:

Complete Warrior said:
As a standard action, spend one of your turn/rebuke undead attempts to channel energy into your shield, granting it a bonus equal to your Charisma modifier. This bonus applies to the shield's bonus to Armor Class and lasts for a number of rounds equal to half your character level.

What does that mean exactly, for purposes of stacking effects?

Is that an enhancement bonus to the shield's shield bonus to AC (kind of like a magical vestment?) If not- it doesn't state what type of bonus it is- then does it stack with magical vestment?

Hmm, seems like it might have errata- I should look and see.

It is an unnamed bonus so it stacks with everything.
What he said. The accompanying table calls it a sacred bonus, but text trumps table, so it's an unnamed bonus. And no change was made to it in errata.

And even if it were a sacred bonus, this would still stack with an enhancement bonus.
