Actually, Experts could have Speak Language as one of their class skills, so they could theoretically get a language for the bargain price of 1 skill point/language, just like bards.

If you want to split hairs, so could Human Paragons. :p

Any prestige classes or expanded base classes (i.e. from the Complete series, PHBII, DMGII, etc.) that you know of who get Speak Language as a class skill? Or is it just Bards and no one else?

Classes

Complete Adventurer:

Scout
Spellthief

PHB II

Beguiler

Human with the Able Learner feat from Races of Destiny can purchase any skill for 1 sp (doesn't make it a class skill, but there are no ranks for Speak Language anyway).

Also, the Changeling race from Eberron consider Speak Language a class skill whatever their class.

Speak Language for Beguilers is particularly nice, as they're INT-based and thus start with a good number of languages known. I recently made a Kenku beguiler for an online campaign who spent 5 skillpoints on Speak Language, and will be starting the game fluent in ten languages. Works very well for his espionage-agent character concept.
