After reading through some utility powers, I ask myself what duration they have outside of combat. Is there any official word on that?
The druid has some utility powers that let them wild shape into very small or flying animals - which is excellent for scouting or eavesdropping, but how long do those powers last? If I had to decide, that encounter ends if a specific task ("follow a mysterious person to his hideout" or "overhear a conversation between X and Y") is completed, but what if a druid decides to stay in flight form (available at level 6) for the next 6 hours to scout ahead of the party?
