If we read the Human Paragon class, by RAW, you can only progress in any spellcasting class, but not in any Psionic class. But if you look at the spirit of the class, which is versatility, and it would make sense to allow it. Also, I think they might simply have written these paragon class without considering the Psionics rules, which we use in LEW.
Proposal:
Allow a human Paragon to use there spell per day progression to be apply on a Psionic class and increase the manifester level, as many Psionic PrC do.
