This is nice. I would have never imagined something like this on my own.

There is a reason the man is an award-winning writer.

And it would dovetail nicely with Herobizkit's aerial island idea.

Looks like he misquoted me a lot. I only seconded the Maztica setting. Don't want to take cred for other people's ideas.

Although if Maztica is the way to go, you still can't go wrong with Grippli.

... and as for Giff... you really can't see them as the stereotypical "British explorers of the 1400's"?

In my campaign setting the Feywild and the Shadowfell are alternatively planets instead of planes. I also use alternative shapes for my planets. The core world is flat, the Feywild is like bytopia or Aion (two hemispheres connected by twin massive mountains in their middle inhabited in the hollowed inner side) and the shadowfell is a number of sperical arc shells in orbit around a core (that houses the Door to the Beyond and the home of the Raven Prince, my alternative use of the Raven Queen).
