Darathra, for her part, was still reeling from her injuries in fighting the Orcs, trying to do as Uric said and fending off the Magmin to give enough room to pull back. The longer they could draw these creatures out, the more chances it would give those with spellwork and ranged weapons to pick them off.
Koldan focused not on the creatures in front of him: Uric seemed handy enough with a blade to deal with them. He was not fond of the Magmin just being replaced with more rushing up, however. Seeing spell and bolt arc forward, Koldan set his sights on those igneous creatures and prepared to do to them what he had done to more than enough this morning.
" We need to finish this! Those Giants must be stopped!" he hollered over the roaring flames, even as his vision went back to greyscale and the bolts were sliding out of his crossbow. ~
