The House Orien captain waited while the remaining Plumbers piled in behind in on the sky coach. It lifted off and he guided it out of the station, following the lightning rail. Soon enough they could see the rear car ahead. The Orien captain raised the level of the sky coach to above the roof of the car.
“You’ll have to jump!” he said.
DC 13 Athletics check to jump onto the roof of the last car, or take fall damage and land prone.

Korra and Rotom pulled open the rear door of the last car, surprising a man in House Orien livery who was just settling down for the ride. This was clearly the cargo car. It had no seating, but was filled with crates for transport and other baggage tied down and secured.

"On behalf of the Sharn Watch and your superiors at the Unicorn Estate of Lord Alden d’Orien, we have come to inform you that a dangerous criminal is on board this train. And we request your assistance in apprehending them. If you can't assist, then we request you do not interfere."
Alara nodded to the Orien guard. "Thank you for transport," she offered. To Ogham and Poe, she added, "Come on, then."

Garra is a Daask gang boss who committed a grievous crime against the Unicorn Estate. The fact they managed to sneak onboard this Orien transport under the noses of everyone is no small slight to the House itself." Rotom pauses to let the implications sink in. "I will not lie to you, this is going to get very dangerous. You do not need to be directly involved, but you do not want to impede us in any way, the situation is bad enough. Of course, if you do help, it will make it's way into the report, and the eyes and ears of Lord Alden."
