Idea for a d20M game: Magical Revolution

Using the whole world would be a BIG job. Why not focus on a post apocalyptic Africa, South America, or Southeast Asia. That way you can limit the available nations and area that the GM would have to cover. Throw some magic and technology into the mix. It could be very fun.
Japanese battle mechs invade Australia while Aboriginal dream magic is used to repel the invasion.

That's why I was thinking Continental Alliances. It makes things easier, while also leaving room for certain independant countries, that can be the DM's plot devices, the player's allies, or their foes.
