In an earlier post, I mentioned a company that paid people to run D&D for kids. Their DMs ran 4e Encounters for the kids.

From what I know of similar companies that offer other activities for kids, classes are 6-10 weeks and meet once a week depending upon what the school or PTA orders. The tuition is, typically, $12-$15 per 1hr session. On top of the tuition, there is a material fee for each child.
Based upon the above, a group 5 players (excluding the DM) is $60-75/hr per group for 1hr or $240-$300 for a 4 hour session. In addition, there are material fees to cover prep and handouts (which might be charged per new adventure/module if we were to view each adventure/as a module to be the equivalent of a new term when a material fee would be charged once again.)
