Danar, Danil: As you arrive in the keep, you are met at the entrance by a servant who shows you to a meeting room. (Continued below)
Others: Whether by careful planning or simple luck, you all arrive in Silahin on the same beautiful spring day. Your escort has proven very capable at noticing signs of trouble and circumventing it so you have not run into any of the hazards all too common when travelling: brigands, some warlord's foragers, or monsters after your life more than your purse. As you approach the wide gate leading into the city, your guide speaks a few words to the guards before they let you through.
Once inside you can see that although large in size, far from all of the city is populated at all. Some parts have even been left in ashes for so long that trees have grown tall through the charred ruins, in other parts the houses stand intact but are deserted none the less. What you see is a city on the decline, struggling as a shadow of its past glory.
Still, the further you get to the center of the city and the keep reaching up against the mountain, the more active the streets get until you are caught in a hubbub of hawking merchants, playing children, and the surging sound of people going about their business.
The ranger brings you straight to the keep where you are left in the hands of servants who assign you each a room and bring you some simple food and bath water telling you to prepare yourself to stand before First Bekath. An hour later, the servant returns, leading you to a meeting room.
All: You are all brought to the room shortly after each other. The servants all leave, telling you to, "wait here for First Bekath to arrive." The room is richly decorated with a thick carpet, and wall hangings depicting great battles and glorious rulers; golden candelabra line the wall but are currently not lit as the windows overlooking a courtyard two floors below let in enough light to fully illuminate the room. In the middle of the room, a line of five simple chairs face a desk and another, larger highbacked chair.
