In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale

Anyone know anything about this movie? Other than the fact it is directed by Uwe Boll, who gave us such fine films as House of the Dead and Blood Rayne. Also, wasn't there a petition out there asking producers and hollywood big-wigs not to give him any more money to make films?

Anyway, the trailer looks pretty good, but I've been fooled before. But how can you say No to a fantasy film with such stars as Jason Statham, Burt Reynolds and Ray Liota?

Not that I know of. Boll isn't a Hollywood producer anyway not does he get money from a Hollywood studio; he's a German independent filmmaker.

Well, yes and no. You can make a wretched film with great actors in it. He's had big name people before and done pretty badly because even big name people have holes in their schedules and like a new car now and then for a couple weeks work.
