Insight bonuses

What are the classes that have insight bonuses to damage. I was thinking that the swashbuckler had one for intelligence. I could be wrong. Is there one that adds damage for dex?

Swashbuckler gets its Int bonus as a damage bonus to light & finessable weapons, but it's not an insight bonus.

Champion of Corellon (Races of the Wild) gets a similar ability, but the Dex bonus is applied. The Shadow Blade feat in Tome of Battle is similar to this, but applies the Dex bonus to weapons of the Shadow Hand school. But again, these aren't insight bonuses.

The Elocater prestige class from he expanded psionics handbook gains a feature called opportunistic strike that grants Insight bonuses to hit and damage.

Also there's a 1st level psionic power buff (Offensive prescience) that also add an insight bonus to damage. does not belong to a particular class, but is close enough.
