Confirming to EN World is an automated process, not one verified by a human being. It merely means that you have access to the e-mail address you entered at registration, whatever that is.
And, of course, laughing at a moderator directive, and ignoring it, isn't exactly the best move.
And, of course, EN World does not support blatant copyright infringement. The statements earlier in the thread are sufficient for us to consider the products likely problematic, and thus not something we want to encourage discussion about. WotC can handle it, if they so choose.
