Items for a Bard Cleric

I have a player who just decided to multiclass his dwarf cleric with a bard. It's about time for a major treasure payoff and everyone in the party is getting something nice.

What's a good magic item for a cleric/bard? He's level 6, but it's a short campaign so balance isn't too terribly important.

May I strongly advise you to just let him swap his cleric levels for levels in cloistered cleric?

At what range in gold pieces would you like this item to cost?

If there's a bunch of undead, such that turning would be regularily useful, more charisma is always good. If he doesn't have one already, a cloak of charisma would make him better at being both a bard and a cleric.

Or, (and I have no idea if this is a real item, and what it would cost to make, if at all) you could give him some way to make turning and bardic music part of the same pool, so if need, he can use turning attempts to make bardic music, or vice versa.

Pipes of the sewers are personal favorite and the rats can be used for any number of tasks.

For a non-core item, how about a hymnal of praise which casts Inspirational Boost 2 times a day.

Is the organ from the choir loft portable enough?

Item wise, Bards are the red-headed stepchildren of the game. There are a number of magical Bardic instruments in the books, and no shortage of divine stuff. But something that could aid both?
