Besides the information that the PCs already have surmised (immune to fire, breathes fire, resistant to magic, vulnerable to cold), Falen also realizes that this alien creature is an outsider that has fast healing and damage reduction. Acid and cold are best weapons to use against it, but the creature's magical resistance will make using spells against it tough.

I'm assuming these checks were for inside the warehouse...
If you want him to find items or hunt for traps that is the Search check. He can Search one square per round, as a full-round action. After receiving the Protection from Fire spell from Akos in Round 18, you can have him move into the warehouse and start there in Round 19.

The lock on the metal door looks to be of high quality. Opening it will take some skill or a Knock spell.

If he's trying to see if the cleric is hiding in the warehouse, your Spot check assures Falen the cleric isn't hiding in the warehouse in an obvious place.

Neurotic Request: [1d20+19 Akos planar knowledge, includes Collector of stories] Roll: [15] Result: 34
@Neurotic: So, with your Discord roll, Akos knows a lot about The Beast. He knows everything that Falen knows (see previous post) and that the creature has darkvision, low-light vision, the ability to track by scent, and the supernatural ability to use true strike once per day. It will heal at an incredibly fast rate, but cannot truly regenerate.

It can breathe fire from any head/tentacle every so often (not every round). While it looks to have one primary head and six tentacles, each tentacles as a separate head (you can't just cut off the main head). (The creature's tentacles are covered in eyes and it can open up the end of each tentacle and bite with them.) It can also use the tentacles to slam opponents. Akos is fairly certain that the creature can't bite and slam with the same tentacle during the same round.

Lastly, the creature can make multiple AoOs each round with each head/tentacle. Each head/tentacle acts and fights independent of each other. Those in melee combat risk multiple AoOs if they provoke them from the creature.

I'm going to say that one of the Bear's Endurance potions goes to Tim. Vinny already is under the effect of bear's endurance, so he cannot benefit from a second potion. The other two bear's endurance potions end up with: Akos (1), Falen (2), Tuck (3), Breva or Custodio (4; 50% each), Captain Camburn or Commander Oakfirst (5; 50% each), or Rockhorn (6).

Bear's Endurance potions: 1D6 = [2] = 2 (Falen)
1D6 = [3] = 3 (Tuck keeps one)
Third one goes to Tim.

Since Vinny can't benefit from a Bear's Endurance potion, he automatically gets one of the Cat's Grace potions. The other three potions go to: Akos (1), Falen (2), Tuck (3), Breva or Custodio (4; 50% each), Captain Camburn or Commander Oakfirst (5; 50% either), or Rockhorn (6).

Cat's Grace potions: 1D6 = [2] = 2 (Falen)
1D6 = [6] = 6 (Rockhorn)
1D6 = [5] = 5 (Captain Camburn; no roll)
Fourth one goes to Vinny.

Basically, Tuck gave one to the captain and one to the commander, but Oakfirst gave his to Rockhorn. Falen has received three potions, so he's done.

The potion of Bull's Strength should probably end up with a warrior. While Big Tim could use it, he's already very strong compared to the other PCs. Rolling randomly: Akos (1), Big Tim (2), Tuck (3), Vinny (4), Breva or Custodio (5; 50% each), Rockhorn (6).

Bulls Strength potion: 1D6 = [5] = 5 (Breva or Custodio)
50% chance (Breva or Custodio): 1D100 = [26] = 26 (Breva)

The "Starburst" healing potion goes to: Akos (1), Big Tim (2), Tuck (3), Vinny (4), Breva or Custodio (5; 50% each), Rockhorn (6).

"Starburst" healing potion: 6 = 6 = 6 (Rockhorn)

Again, Tuck gave it to the commander who passed it on to Rockhorn. (I'm going to say that can't happen again.)

The potion of barkskin +4 should go to a PC who has only received one potion so far (or doesn't already have an unused barkskin potion). Reminder to @JustinCase, @Neurotic, and @ScottDeWar_jr, you all have unused barkskin potions. Akos and Vincenzo have +2 barkskin potions. Tuck has a +3 barkskin potion.

Breva already has a potion of barkskin +4, as well. He will drink that potion on his turn in Round 19.

So, I'm thinking the barkskin +4 potion should go to Tim, unless @Tellerian Hawke want to let it go to an NPC.

Custodio has a potion of shield of faith +2 that he will drink on his turn in Round 19.

The six red healing potions can each go to an Exemplar (but including Rockhorn), if that's what you guys prefer. Tuck would keep one for himself for sure. (He down to 24 hps from his normal total of 50 hps.) That would leave one each for Akos, Big Tim, Falen, Vincenzo, and Rockhorn.

Breva has a Wand of Cure Light Wounds and two scrolls of cure light wounds. He will heal with the wand when characters are badly wounded. He will give the two scrolls to Akos.

Custodio still has a Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds left; he gave his other potion to Akos during the fight (if I'm remembering correctly).
