I am starting a new character and I am aiming at building a lasher, as described in sword an fist.
now as far as i can find there is no rule saying that you can not dual wield whips, but am I correct in this assumption??

And I am going to focus the character on the trip ability, so my next question is: is it the same feats used in the spiked chain builds that you would advise getting for the lasher??

And which class(es) would you choose before selceting the PrC?

And since the whip seems to be overlooked in the forums I am also interested in tactics for using the whip.

Are you playing a 3.0 game or using lasher in 3.5?

In 3.5, at least, because it is a one-handed weapon you can indeed dual wield whips.
