Linked Power Feat , Augmentation?

Can i augment the 1st or 2nd power when i use this feat?
it is allowed?

Sure. No reason why you can't. So long as:

Cost A + Augment A + Cost B + Augment B <= ML

A Linked Power counts as a single manifestation, so you'd sum the total cost of the two powers to determine how many PP you'd have to spend and whether or not you'd be allowed to spend that many PP on a single manifestation.
