I believe 1st edition 13th Age is OGL, but I might be mistaken. King of Dungeons certainly uses a modified version of the engine - technically the "Archmage Engine" in the SRD.

Here's a few I can think of.

Forged in the Dark from Blades in the Dark.
Paragon System from Agon.
Resistance System from Spire: The City Must Fall

They're all creative commons licenses, I believe. Those are just the few I can think of off the top of my head.
