I am lost. I remember looking at (somewhere, not necissarily here on enworld - it may even have been a book or other publication and not a web page) a very interesting random city generator for a fantasy rpg. It used dice that were scattered on a sheet of paper. Where the dice landed and what value they showed determined the type of district and other features of the neighbourhood.
Similar to the village generation process in "Scenic Dumsmouth" for Lamentations of the Flame Princess, but on a larger scale.
Does anyone have an idea, where I could have seen something like this?
