I really liked the way the article handled the various cults, monsters and NPC's. These elements seemed more tightly integrated than, frex similar elements in the Demonomicon or Core Beliefs articles. I don't think it would take long at all to make any of those little plot hooks into full-bore adventures. I was also excited to see at least one relatively low-level hook.
On the downside, I think the article needed more info on Mual-Tar itself (himself? herself?). It's chained up and it wants out. When it gets out it'll wreck things up. Meh. I want more about the thing's personality, its motivations, its character.
