hi all. i'v had this idea floating around in my head for a while. im looking to play in a 4th edition campaign set in middle earth but could never find anyone to run it. so i turn to my fellow ENworlders in hope that they will answer the call

the answer to that is 4e is one of the few game systems i'm actually familiar with

Just thinking that M.E.R.P.s would be complicated for pbp. But it was a fun system let's see if i can find the crit system.

I love middle earth. I played with the ambar quentan rule system, some sort of ultra complicated system that was really realistic (but not practical) Also player with MERP, it was actually the first RPG I ever played.

I'll love to play a game like it, though don't have the time to DM.
