"WHOOPSIE-DOODLE!", the young wizard yells and giggles as Snorri is knocked down into the hole. With his left hand, he swiftly grips tight in Snorei's direction and in an instant slows him down, allowing the dwarf to fall gently to the ground, without harm. With his right hand, he lets fly the splash of acid he had prepared earlier. As he does this, he yells out to his companions "WHY is the ogre on FIRE? It doesn't seem very practical for it to be on fire!? I'm just saying!" [roll0].

Clearly distracted by this, Regar misses his mark, the spell flying overhead. His concern about the ogre didn't seem to stem from fear, rather, just from sheer surprise at the absurdity of what he has seen. He yells out; "Oh, wait, I GET IT NOW, IT WANTS US TO CATCH FIRE TOO! What 'd I tell you? CREATIVE KILLERS!"

[sblock=Snorri]As an instant action, Regar cast feather fall on Snorri to save him from the damage, then he used his readied action to cast acid splash[/sblock]

Pride hurt more than anything, Snorri picks himself up, wincing at the pain, he favors his leg as he resets his shield, poises his axe, and carefully backs himself to the wall of the pit, below and out of view from the shouting goblins. His eyes scan the body of the ogre sprawled before him, trying to make some sense of the scene.

Regar chuckles to himself "The ONE time prestidigitation would prove useful in combat" he yells at the others, "Well aside from lighting oil on fire, putting non-magical flame out! Oh... Unless it IS magical fire?... Better KILL this thing! With that, Regar moves 20ft back and casts at the ogre.

Brog Strongheart

Brog looks a little confused for a moment as he tries to take in what just happened. Ultimately, despite his longing to kill the ogre, he decides that magic is involved that will require the casters below him to deal with before it is primed to fall from his axe. Thus, he turns his attention to the goblins above. Charging up the stairs while drawing his shield, he attacks the first goblin he reaches.
