GM Notes: You have quite a few attacks here that may not be obvious. First one is that you’re a grappling monster. You can reach across the room with elongation and wrap them in your gnarled wood/vine covered fist, while still doing other things. And you’re tough! Considering your body is more plant than meat. :) Your regen needs you to either drink water or just sit in it… Like a plant. (Plantman almost killed HydroMan by absorbing him once, interestingly enough) You have up to 5 plant-like minions that will obey your command. Very useful for piling on a particularly tough enemy, or helping out in the lab (you are a genius with biology, after all). You have two drawbacks I thought appropriate – a vulnerability to fire, and your powers don’t work well when there’s no flora around. That’s a rare event, of course – there’s usually some type of flora in the air or in the crevices in a wall. Let me know if you require any changes.

Kaiju looks good. Very good. I think you lined him up with what I had in mind near perfectly. A couple of questions as I lack the book.

1) Does Protection work the same way in 2e, that is, does it subtract from the damage bonus of an attack before toughness save is rolled?

2) Unless it's changed, a 7 should provide a -2 penalty, not a -1 (I'm assuming that the skills are a full list of all skills, so most of the bonuses from them extend from his ability score bonuses).

3) I'm not sure on carrying capacities in 2e, how much can he lift at each of his two strength levels? I was hoping for some minimal super-strength even at his normal height, so I'm just not sure how well 20 works. But then again, I also want to ask about super-strength 6, just so I understand what that means.

4) I apologize for the lack of personal info. I thought it was included in my original write up. THe blanks should read: height 6'2" (I'm thinking around 10'-12' tall when growth is activated...does that fit the power ranks?), weight 225 lbs, eyes Blank white (no iris), hair: bald, skin soft gold (looks like a deep tan from afar); quote: "Hey! You're not a nice guy!" (pouts and breathes fire)

No, it's a direct bonus to the toughness save now.

You're absolutely right. It's a flaw in the character generator that I already pointed out to the creator, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Super-Strength in 2E just adds to lifting, and grappling, basically. Without growth, you have 20 Strength +6 Super Strength, and that means you have this carrying/lifting capacity: Light: 4.3 tons, Med 8.5 tons, Heavy 12.8 tons, Max 25.6 tons. While grown it's 9.8 tons, 19.6 tons, 29.4 tons, and 58.9 respectively.

Now that I have the book and have read it through a couple times I'd like to drop my Dex by 2, my Reflex save by 1 and my fort save by 2 and pick up the Aura extra on Strike. If that ain't cool just let me know.

I apologize, Gideon. I should have gotten back to you sooner. My schedule hasn't exactly been great lately.

I'd rather you not take the aura on that. As it stands, Fracture is... well... a MONSTER. Maxed attack, maxed defense, nasty regen, and very decent damage. He's almost a pure grade A fighting machine. I think you could stand up to a PL 10 Wolverine, with *ease*. So let me ask you why you want to do it - do you feel that Fracture is underpowered in any way? Or is this just a flavor thing?

No worries on the timing. Straight flavor. I just envisioned his body covered in jagged bone spikes. Then I thought, "That can't be much fun to punch." Hence Aura. But aura as Keia pointed out makes double saves on an unarmed attack (which I don't want).

I think it will work well as a Power Stunt on the Strike. That way it takes a lot of effort for Fracture to have his whole body all boned up. Now, that I am thinking about it. That might be the best flavor anyway.

If you want, i can reduce Fracture's combat skills.
