Yes.

I don't know why you specifically mentioned "with a duration longer than instantaneous" but in theory as long as a spell is active (so before the duration expires, or the spell is dispelled*) it has an aura, and afterwards it has a lingering aura for a while, so even instantaneous spells would be detected for a short time after they are cast.

*but not when countered, although YMMV

Thank you. I mentioned longer than instantaneous because of spells such as Feeblemind. Yes, there would be a dim aura for awhile, but it would go away.

Okay, does True Seening and Arcane Sight work with images or reflections? If a character with Arcane Sight is looking in a mirror at the reflection of someone decked out in magical gear, can the character see any magic auras? Is it possible for a character to have so much enchantment that the auras are obscured?

Does True Seeing work with Blind Sight?
