How much would you charge to mend an item? Say the range is from 1-5 5 being most broken and 1 being least.

How much would you charge to prestidigitation an item?

How much would you charge identifying magical items?

What would you charge for setting up an alarm spell? Not for your party but say for a npc

Costs for low-level spellcasting services are in the PHB. They're widely varied - anywhere from 10 to 50 gp for a 1st-level spell, plus any expensive material component cost. Cantrips would probably cost half as much, and might be eligible for a bulk discount.

Whether you can charge at the high or the low end of that scale will depend upon how much competition there is in town, and how much demand.

I would imagine some of the cost for acting as a personal spellcaster would be the time and trouble associated with travelling to the location etc.

Also bear in mind for the Mending spell, that other than heirlooms and other items with personal significance, there is no point in charging more than a new item would cost to buy.
