Flagon of Machismo. After 1) taking at least 2 gulps of an alcoholic beverage from this oversized drinking vessel followed by 2) speaking the activation words, “Here, hold my drink.” then 3) actually handing it to some other person, the drinker receives a bonus to his next feat of skill equal to twice his Charisma bonus.
All three activation steps must be done in that order, or it is completely ineffective.
There are no limits to how many times this power can be used, but odds of messing up the activation sequence- as well as simply passing out or suffering alcohol toxicty- increase with each use, as the drinker becomes more intoxicated. It should be noted that alcohol consumed from this Flagon can affect any creature, even those normally immune to the effects of alcohol. Creatures that cannot actually consume alcohol from the Flagon also receive no benefit from it.
