Hi folks. I thought I had a handle on the new "marking" mechanic - it seemed to be tied to particular powers, especially defenders. But I noticed in the stat block for the skeleton warrior that it marks anyone it hits with its weapon:
However, it doesn't seem to have any powers that take advantage of the mark. Does marking have some generic effect as well?
Skeleton Warrior Level 3 Soldier
Medium natural animate (undead) xp 150
m Longsword (standard at-will) * Weapon
+10 vs AC; 1d8 +2 damage, and the target is marked until the end of the skeleton warrior's next turn; see also speed of the dead.
Speed of the Dead
When making an opportunity attack, the skeleton warrior gains a +2 bonus to the attack roll and deals an extra 1d6 damage.
