The time has always been off for me here.
I've stared my fear in the face and accepted this. I also realize that nothing in my power can alter this unfortunate event.
Which is why I use the clock that Microsoft was kind enough to include in my taskbar (at the bottom-right of the screen -- some people miss it).

That's because the clock is set two hours ahead of GMT and most of us are in a time zone that sets the clocks ahead one hour for the summer time. So the two hour delta looks like one hour because it's still summer.
