Mike Mearls and Jeremy Crawford talk about DMing and their games. It seems they have a very extemporaneous style.

I love the bit about letting the players surprise you. I love when that happens in my games.

This video also shows bits of the offices at WotC witch is a nice little peek into the imagination factory.
