One of the things I've been thinking about for a while has been a Druid/Barbarian. Wildshape into bear form and rage.
Human or Half Orc would be the best choices, although Half Elf could work.
Taking the ability scores you gave, I would try something like this:
Human Druid 6/ Barb 1
Str 13
Int 9
Wis 15
Dex 14
Con 17
Cha 10
Bump Con once, then continually bump Wis.
Main weapon is Longspear.
Feats would include Silent Spell, Still Spell, Combat Reflexs.
I would ask the GM about picking up Multi-Attack for use when Wild Shaped.
