Hey all!
I recently finished reading China Mieville's "Peridido Street Station" and I really liked some of the stuff he's put into his world, particularly the "Weavers". I'm thinking about adding some enigmatic ancient "alien" races to a new campaign world I'm working on and the concept of the Weavers is something I'd like to explore. Then, I was thumbing through the MM2 and came upon the Spell Weavers (p.187) I thought these might do as a starting point.
Does anyone know if they were created specifically for the MM2 or if they've appeared in earlier editions? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
