I am, but not as much as I was. It was because I noticed that their OGL "Player's Guide" was supposed to include psionics. With that I was hoping that meant the Modern Handbook would include the Arcana stuff from Urban Arcana, which would have made the $20 book a real steal.

Now it's just a real good deal at $20.

It's pretty much the same (though not exactly the same) as that modern roleplaying game ruleset from the publisher of the well-known fantasy roleplaying game ruleset, but in a much smaller (portable), economic version.

Yep. It's essentially the d20 Modern SRD in a nice, pocket-sized edition. I'm considering buying a couple of these to hand out to players.
