Looks good to me, one thing though, a stream of frost is the same as a line of frost, right? But still it's very good work.

Yeah stream, line same thing :)

I'm still not sure about the breath weapon damage :)

Its 2d6+1 in 2nd edition for an age 1 dragon. But in 3e the wyrmling only has 1HD in keeping with the 3 hit dice differance for the age categories.
Scott, Erica? :)

Then I suggest you start with 2d8 and go on from there, if going by the dragons in the monster manual and monsters of Faerûn, the breath weapon increases by two dice per age level.

I like this. In the 2nd run at Muspelheim, when the mountain fortress was taken over by the Cult of the Dragon trying to summon Tiamat, I used a Silver Dragon named Plenilune, because I just found that word in the Insominiac's Dictionary & had to use it immediately. Plenilune is an ally of the church of Selune, the moon goddess of Forgotten Realms. Later, I found the Moonstone dragon, but made her one of the Gem Dragons, and also an ally. A PC who was a follower of Selune summoned the dragon to solve all his problems for him instead of trying to think of a solution himself, and this always goes badly for PCs. Unfortunately, another member of the party was a Sister of the Crimson Shroud- a class a player invented for his own use with no thought to how it would be received by others in the world. Moonstone is an enemy of the Crimson Shrouds, and attacked. Dannon was forced to choose between aiding the dragon- sent by his goddess to aid him at his request- or siding with his fellow players. Whenever I give players this choice, they invariably make the wrong one. Moonstone was killed or driven off, and Dannon was looking for a new goddess.
