Special Weaknesses: Regional Disorientation (Land of the Living), Sproutella (18-20/x4 against muertos)

A muerto is a skeletal undead formed from the skeleton of one who has passed on. These are freed by other muertos who cross into the land of the living, and guided thereby to the land of the dead.

Temporary Crossing (Su)- A muerto can cross over to the land of the living, if needed to retrieve the soul of one who recently died in the form of a muerto. These souls are protected while in the care of the muerto in question. They can be in the land of the living for 1d6 hours, after which they suffer -1 to attack rolls, skill checks and saving throws, cumulative by the hour, and they must make a will save (DC 20) each hour or be shunted back to the Land of the Dead, incurring 3 Wisdom damage from the shock.

Free the Soul (Su)- Muertos can, as a free action, liberate a soul. Once the soul travels to the land of the dead, it gains corporeality and its full muerto form.

Selective Invisibility (Su)- Muertos can turn invisible or visible to the living, at will. They are always visible to muertos, their allies, anyone in the Land of the Dead, and newly dead souls they are sent to recover.

Regional Disorientation (Su)- The living and their realm look as strange and unsettling to the average muerto as the muerto would look to the living, perhaps more so. A muerto gets -5 to all Int, Wis and Cha-based rolls related to the living or their realm. Those with Profession (Department of Death) reduce that penalty by 1 per rank in that profession (minimum 0).

Sproutella weakness (Ex)- Sproutella reacts violently with bone, acting as a poison that deals 1d6 initial damage and 2 secondary Strength Damage to any muerto affected by it (bypassing DR).

Secondary damage is triggered per minute. A muerto whose HP or Strength equal 0, if they are affected by Sproutella, are "sprouted" and considered ultimately destroyed. Sproutella as a weapon deals 1d6 damage initially and has 18-20/x4 against skeletal undead, 19-20/x3 against other corporeal undead, and 20/x2 against incorporeal undead. Non-skeletal undead get a saving throw (Fort, 15) against sproutella. The living are unaffected by sproutella.

All muertos are proficient with scythes.

Muertos spawned by those unfortunate enough to die before the age of 18 are called angelitos (ang-he-lee-tos). These angelitos have wings, and therefore flight capability. In addition, their modifications are Str-4 and Dex+4, rather than the standard ones for adult muertos. Finally, they are Small.

Anything I missed?
