Here's my monk PC. 32 point buy for creation.

Addikuss Human Monk 2nd/Fighter 1st.
STR: 10
DEX: 16 (+3)
CON: 14 (+2)
INT: 12 (+1)
WIS: 16 (+3)
CHA: 8 (-1)

Hit Points: 24
Armor Class: 17 (Bracers+1, Wis+3, Dex+3)
Initiative: +7 (Imp. Init. +4, Dex+3)

Feats: Improved Initiative, Dodge, Weapon Finesse (unarmed attack), Fist of Iron (S&F, OA)

Monk Abilities: Stunning Attack 2x/day, Flurry of Blows, Evasion, Deflect Arrows, Imp. Unarmed Strike.

Attacks: Unarmed Attack: +5 to hit, 1d6 damage
Flurry of Blows: 2 attacks at +3 to hit
Fist of Iron 6x/day adds 1d4 damage on a successful hit.
Shuriken: +5 to hit, 1 damage, ROF 3

Skills:
Escape Artist: +6 (3 ranks, +3 dex)
Hide: +8 (5 ranks, +3 dex)
Move Silently: +9 (6 ranks, +3 dex)
Listen: +6 (3 ranks, +3 dex)
Search: +1 (+1 Int)
Spot: +5 (2 ranks, +3 Wis)
Tumble: +9 (6 ranks, +3 dex)
Jump: +4 (2 ranks, 2 syn tumble)

Magic Items:
Amulet: can cast Jump as 1st lvl Wiz spell ?x/day.
Bracers: +1 to AC
Quarterstaff +1 (not used)

you should probably add the dodge bonus to your AC, or at least mention it in the parentheses. All in all, a cool charcter. But you should flesh it out with some background, traits, tactics...

Although your total Listen modifier is right, you get your ability bonus from Wisdom, not Dexterity.

Other than that, looks like a pretty kick-arse character. Might want to take a few ranks in balance though.
