"Minotaur" means actually "Bull of Minos".
"Rhinokerōs" is a Latin transliteration of "Rhinoceros".

You may want to review the name in the light of its etymology.

----

Regarding statblock:

1. For its CR, it appears to be weaker than Minotaur (smaller reach, worse armor class), though not by much
2. Distribution of ability scores should contain 3 odd and 3 even numbers
3. Skill bonuses appear to be wrong:
- you have 20 skill points (Monstrous Humanoid: 4 skill points per hit die)
- all skills are class skills for Monstrous Humanoid
- skill bonuses reverse engineered:
intimidate total: +5
3 class skill
-1 cha
3 points apparently assigned

perception total: +12
3 class skill
0 wis
4 racial
3 skill focus
2 points apparently assigned

survival total: +10
3 class skill
0 wis
4 racial
3 points apparently assigned

You have 12 skill points to assign. If you did not factor in skill focus (+3) and racial modifiers (+8), you still have 1 skill point to assign.
