Man, if only I could write compelling drama as quickly as I hammer out political screeds on reddit.

You probably can. There’s a lot of myths people cling to that slow them down or stop them from writing. Besides, you don’t need it to be submission worthy in 30 days. Only a first draft. And not necessarily a complete first draft. You can punch it up later.

More than a few, i imagine. But hopefully they'll limit it to brainstorm fodder or writer's block breaker rather than their actual product. Otherwise, what's the point of the big writing excercise if one doesn't actually write it?
