Not read through Stormwrack to be honest, but Seas of Blood is good. Having said that, I use Corsair

Thanks for all the advice.
I was able to pick up a used copy of Stormwrack pretty cheap ($13) and it's being shipped now, along with a new 3.5 screen ($4!). I'll look it over when it arrives, and if it doesn't have what I need (or help me to make it up on my own) then I'll look into SoB (I have Ships of the Goblinoids and Ships of the Elves already) or Broadsides or Corsair.
