Necrocarnate Bbeg (Please help.)

Hiya All

I am designing a necrocarnate bbeg for an upcoming adventure that I will be running (in Eberron). I thought that I would post her here in order to get some feedback. This will be my first attempt at using Magic of Incarnum so please let me know if I managed to mess something up. Also, I need help choosing 3 feats and in choosing whether or not to drop 1 level of incarnate for 1 level of cleric. This way she could take the death devotion feat.

Edit:I made a mistake with her alignment. I have to replace the one soulmeld which I removed. Anybody know of another meld which grants a bonus to attack rolls?

I can't see anything wrong, but Incarnum is far from my strongest point, as I barely skimmed the splatbook. If you choose to take a level of cleric, remember to go for cloistered cleric instead of regular.

Great idea! I will definitely use cloistered cleric if I use a level of cleric. The main difference in taking a level of cleric is that she will loose 1 soulmeld ... which kinda sucks. Although being able to take death devotion would probably make up for it. I guess I could drop either necrocarnum shroud or necrocarnum vestments if I take the level of cloistered cleric?
