Apparently my Google-fu is not strong and I'm not overly familiar with classic toy searches and wondering if anyone has insight on an item. Here's teh info I have:
It was a modular vehicle for 12" action figures (GI Joe, Johhny West, etc.). It was a cockpit with attachment point for Wheels or pontoons (?) on the bottom, you could add a two beam tail fin assembly and there was a storage tank that would go behind the cockpit and under the fin. There were wings.
The main pieces were orange with black accessories.
It was made in the late 70s or very early 80s (probably 1976 to maybe 1980).
Would have been offered in the Sears catalog IIRC (possibly Montgomery Wards or JC Penney, I suppose, but pretty sure it was Sears.
There was a special offer via the catalog that an action figure was included.
Any ideas?
